Hi. My name is Quirino Aragon. It's been 11 days already since i transfer money to my metrobank bank account from my paypal but still I haven't receive any money on my bank account. Transaction ID: 66P67317PL956305X. I already ask the bank and they said there are no money transferred into my bank account from paypal. I would like to ask for your assistance regarding on this matter. I really need the money for my needs. Thank you very much.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

thank you very much for your help. I cannot call the paypal service through phone because of the big charges in here. I will contact the paypal via facebook.
