Please allow me to add a visa credit card

Please let me allow to add my visa debit card for me to withdraw my money because I been waiting almost 180 days and finally the long wait is over because I got an email telling me that I am eligible to withdraw my funds but it saying that “ we’re sorry there a problem with your account” please help me restore my account in short period of time. Thank you
