Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

Yes you can add funds to your PayPal account balance from your bank account.
 

Here’s how to add funds to your PayPal account:

1. Go to Wallet on your PayPal account.
2. Click Transfer funds.
3. Click Funds In - Add funds to your balance.
4. Follow the on-screen instruction.
