hello im new user of paypal. i open a paypal so that they can send me payment but paypal hold it for almost 1week. how can i get my money? please help.

If you are a new seller then you may be subject to what we call "payment holds". We may place a temporary hold on some payments if you're new to selling with PayPal, if a dispute has been filed against you, or if we have questions regarding your transaction history. If your money is on hold you can access it sooner by shipping the item and letting us know the tracking information.
