Welcome to the PayPal Community. Thanks for reaching out! Here's a great Help Center article that covers What bank accounts and debit cards are eligible for Instant Transfer? If you've used a card previously for instant transfer, it may be because it was a prepaid card. Those aren't designed to be used with our Instant Transfer process 100%.
