I have received money from my mom for my birthday and money is on hold. The payments are sent personally and not as a "gift/service" yet for some reason every time I contact Paypal representatives they keep treating it as if it is an Ebay transaction. It is not. Its as if all 5/6 of the reps I have talked to refuse to read my statement to them. Any ways one rep stated that I need to confirm receipt or my mom needs to? Neither one of us can find what they are talking about. AS stated prior the paypal reps are essentially useless. Can anyone help?
