Can someone tell me why paypal put money sent to me on hold. This was an emergency situation I needed some money I received it and PayPal took about 7 dollars out if that money and put the rest on hold. And there's no one to call till the next morning **bleep** up. Son ended up in hospital would of been ok if the funds where available. Can they do this
