My money is pending, however It isn’t a product they bought or anything. They’re sending me the money for doing something for them, what do i do?

Product, service, job, work you performed; if you are sent money not as personal payment, it's subject to 21 day PayPal hold. To release funds, click "Add Tracking" and update order status. Then get the other party to confirm receipt. If other party do not to confirm, then you'll have to wait the full 21 days.
