Pending transactions

Hi, im waiting for some money to go into my bank, its been pending for 24 hours nearly but i did 2 trasnactions, 1 of 70p and one of £86. I did the £86 first and than 70p second, but the 70p one went through and the £86 is still pending. What does this mean??
