Does anyone know why and how to resolve this hold . My friend which is a sender sent me $25 which then was put in a pending status. I received the money but never got put in my balance. PP saying its under a review from the senders side. I have seen comments that the description at times can trigger a review. Dang this is crazy. This was for a friends donation for his funeral arrangements since he died from covid. The words were put in the description and now under review. Its been in pending status since Dec3. I am a long standing customer and have activity on my end.
For that amount to be flagged is so idiotic.
