I Brought a purse from Fossil on Nov 20, $100.58. Paypal take my money from my Paypal account, but the transaction still saying pending, as a result Fossil didn´t got the money (there is not a payment from my on that day or the same amount of money. I already call) I don´t have my purse and I have $100.58 less on my Paypal account. Paypal don´t whant to refound me my money back.
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
