Hi.
I have a problem with pending transaction.
Basically I've sold an item on Ebay almost two weeks ago. The guy paid me money and Ive send him the item, basic stuff.
However my money are 'pending' and i cannot access them.
I've updated the shipping information, I've used the UPS as a courier, and it was delivered at 18th of June. Signature taken. All good.
However, PayPal said I can access my money within 1 day from delivery, and its been over a week now, still cannot have them.
When I spoke with the 'BOT' it says my money will me available (blank space).
Can anyone help me?
P.S.
I don't know why it is impossible to write a ticket to PayPal employee that could look into the problem and solve it within 5 minutes.
No! I have to use BOT to tell me information that I already know, and does not help me with anything.
