Pending transaction - no money on wallet

Hi all,
We have a website on Shopify and two of our customers have paid via Paypal Express (5 days ago) - both of them were successful, as per Shopify message- but I see that if you scroll down, it says "pending".
We still haven't received these funds on our Paypal account. Interestingly, another transaction which was made just today, has gone through and we already have it on our PP wallet. Since we haven't change any settings, I am wondering why those two transactions are still pending? Our Paypal account has been verified weeks ago and everything seems to be fine.
Can you advise please?
