Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.

Thanks for your reply. I have gone through all pending transactions and none of them are linked to the card and bank account I'm trying to delete. This is really frustrating.
