I have a pending payment on my account. It's a payment from a phone company, who recycled my phone, and they sent me the payment once they'd received the phone.
I've done everything I can to verify this, but is there any way of hurrying along the payment? I have proof of them receiving the phone, and agreement of the fees. etc.
