Pending payment

1. i made an urgent payment yesterday and its showing pending up till now

2. i didnt see an option for personal payment only payment for item or service 

3, how do i resolve this for the recipient to get the funds. thank you

You don't have the friends/family option in your country so all payments go as for goods/services.
