Hello so I have issued a payment since the 28th of September and it is still pending today. It is weird because It does not usually pend that long and even the same day, I used paypal for another payment and it went thought instantly while this one that I am mentionning is still pending. So I have already decided with my seller that he is find to refund me once he received the money. However I have noticed on my bank account that it has been debited with the amount from that transaction while the payment is still pending on paypal? What is the issue and how do I get my money back or will it eventually goes back to me if the transaction is pending for too long?
