Pending payment

I have generated a manual invoice to a company for some advertising services.

They have paid the invoice and then all the amount moved to pending and hold.

Upon checking i had to update my shipping details in order to unfreez the amount in 1 day and its been 3 days already since.

I have try calling but because of this covid sittuation call center apparently is closed i cannot get to the bottom of this.

Can anyone check or provide a resolution to this ?
