I have a pending payment that requires postage details has anyone had problems with this before?

Is it pending IN your paypal balance ie new seller hold? If so then.......

If its NOT showing in your paypal balance but you have just had a paypal email to say you must provide a tracking number via email then its most likely a SCAM.
