I bought a $35 wooden bowl and PayPal is holding the payment for up to 72 hours because of a government requirement? WHAT? Donald Trump has decided I can’t have a bowl to hold my yarn in? Wtf

Unlikely paypal is holding anything unless its pending in YOUR paypal account.

More likely the seller is holding it as he is withdrawing your payment to his bank account BEFORE he decides to send your item.
