Pending payment

I add tracking on ebay and it says they have received it and I still have my money on hold. How can I get this fixed. This has never happened before and it is like paypal is holding my big amounts to draw intereste off it or something. I really need this money and don't know how to get the buyer to confirm they got it

eBay/PayPal holds money because of risk:

It was not a high risk item that is listed. So this still don't make sense to me

Hi, Anyone will help me...my money still pending in paypal... I sold the item thru ebay, the item is alerady delivered, my money still on hold at paypal....it already 3 days... Anyone will help me??
