Hi, I sold something to a buyer who requested the item be shipped today. This is fine by me however after sending the funds it is in the pending status, am I okay to ship the item?
Paypal likes to hold money for 21 days. I have switched to Zelle or the Cash app (you can search for it in your Android or IPhone app store) because it is so much easier, pretty quick (I get my Cash funds immediately) and PayPal needs a lesson on providing quality customer service. Try someone new next time.
