Im new here. I get payment to my account and it is on hold for 21 days

I mark as shipped but nothing change payment is still hold for 21day not for 14 or 7 days... What's wrong and how mark it? What I'm doing wrong?
Have you added the TRACKING NUMBER as they stated in that email?
If you have then funds are normally released when tracking shows the item as delivered + 3-7 days.
