Pending payment 21 days

Hello everyvone,

Im new here. I get  payment to my account and it is on hold for 21 days

I also get a email from PayPal with this information:

We want to make the payment available to you as soon as possible. Here's how you can help to speed up the process:

• If you sold an item: After you ship the item, mark it as shipped on the Transaction Details page and provide the tracking number if available. Your funds should be available within 7 days after you mark as shipped (14 days if you're shipping abroad)."

  I mark as shipped but nothing  change payment is still hold for 21day not for 14 or 7 days... What's wrong and how mark it? What I'm doing wrong?

Have you added the TRACKING NUMBER as they stated in that email?

If you have then funds are normally released when tracking shows the item as delivered + 3-7 days.

Sir i already provide tracking no. And its delivered on 12th july but paypal not release my funds..now i send email to paypal with tracking no.
