Hi, if you have money that's on hold and you weren't selling something, that generally means the sender made the payment as goods and services. You can ask the sender to go to the transaction in their account's Activity section, and mark the payment as 'Item received'. This option appears 48 hours after the payment was made, and will release the hold on funds. Otherwise, funds become available after 21 days. You can read more about payment holds here
