Pending money

Hi, can anybody help me? I have sold an iPhone 8 and my money is pending because I haven’t sold much before. It says to update the tracking and I’ll get my money within one day of delivery. However, the buyer wasn’t in at the time and the iPhone Has gone to her local post office. She is now ignoring me and I don’t know what to do? Can anybody help?

If she collects it then it will be marked as such and funds released.

If she doesn't it will make its way back to you and you can refund her.
