Hi @SoRyan,
Thank you for looking out for your friend! Has your friend received the withdrawal yet? If the funds are missing for 14 days, a trace can be requested. Please ask him to contact customer service.
To contact customer service, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for available options, or reach out by Facebook or Twitter.
I hope this helps!

That guy "recipient " he made the withdrawal on July 29, and he talked to the customer service on the phone and they told him: "Tuesday lasted as it’s 3-5 working days" and its Saturday now!. I still didn't hear back from him! If he received the payment in his bank statement or not! Between you and me I am afraid! I didn't hear back from him for 4 days ago! He supposed to send the money to another one he said to me I might help because I can't send payments from my country and that other guy doesn't use PayPal it would be easy for me. So the recipient told me I will help, then I sent him the money and now I am waiting for him to send the money to the other guy after the money appears in his bank statement.
But! What if I didn't hear back from him? Or he steals the money? What should I do then? I am using PayPal for years because of the security and save! I really sick of waiting for 😕 And the other guy is waiting... I have a lot in my mind I am getting married in 1 month and I can't afford any losses. Sorry for talking too much but I am just afraid and worry!
And don't know what to do or give proofs that he ran away with my money!

Sounds as if you have been scammed.............
How do I open a dispute with a seller when a purchase goes wrong?
You can open a dispute in the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account within 180 days of payment if:
•You don’t receive the item
•You receive an item but it’s significantly different than the description on eBay or on the seller’s website
By opening a dispute, you can communicate directly with your seller to work out a problem transaction.
If you reach an agreement with the seller you can close the dispute. If you're still not happy with the result, you can escalate the dispute into a claim. We'll review the claim and decide on reimbursement.
These steps apply to Personal accounts. If you have a Business account, please log in to see the steps that apply to you.
To open a dispute:
1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click on the transaction and use the resolve a problem option at the bottom of that details page.
Note:
•Generally buyers must wait at least 7 days from the date of payment to escalate a dispute for an item not received
•Where an item has not been received, please ensure you have given the seller enough time before opening a dispute
https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/first-dispute
DO NOT CLOSE THE DISPUTE UNTIL YOU HAVE A CLEARED REFUND OR YOUR ITEM WHATEVER THE SELLER SAYS. ALSO DON'T FORGET TO ESCALATE THE DISPUTE TO A CLAIM WITHIN 20 DAYS IF THE SELLER DOES NOT REFUND.
If that does not work then if you funded your paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will do a chargeback for you.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Hello!, @kernowlass @PayPal_Olivia Thank you for your help! But as I mentioned How can I prove that he scammed me?! He's like a Financial Broker he supposed to take my money to give to someone else! I gave him the money on July 29! And he told me it should be in my bank statement in "Last Tuesday!" After that, he disappeared! So how can I prove that he scammed me! And what if he received the money in his bank statement, is it will be hard to get them back! I really need help!.

If you sent it as goods / services then open a dispute as per my above post.
If you sent via friends / family then sadly you are scammed and nothing you can do about it unless you can do a chargeback via your card issuer.

@kernowlass Thank you, dear
I am Glad I sent as service because I have the "Report an issue" button is showed up. So I kindly, have two questions:
1- How can I prove that I get scammed? Can I provide screenshots of our conversations?
2- What if the money went to his bank statement.

1. Put in as much information as you can in the 'messages to the seller' and then escalate to a claim when you think you have provided enough info.
Once its a claim you can't provide any info unless paypal asks for it.
2. If and only if you win (no guarantees) then if the seller refuses to refund you then paypal will do so as part of their buyer protection policy.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thank you, dear @kernowlass
He still ignores my messages! And keep posting on Facebook and reply comments and all. I believe he scammed me! That's why I made 2 Disputes for the 2 transactions I've made to him, with decent information about the whole thing. So what next?
