On Friday last week i had some money transferred to my account and it stated transferred within 0-3 days to my bank account, so today being the 4th day i called an some guy told me they had a system failure over the weekend and it will take another 72 hrs before the funds are transferred to my account, the issue is i need that money in my account by the end of today as i have other transactions to complete as was depending on it so i am now going to incur massive losses as a result, spoke with pay pal an they said someone would get back to me within the hour but obviously like everything else they do are just full of **bleep**e.......Any suggestions?
