Pending Transaction

Hi,
I withdrew money from my PayPal account 5 days ago but till today the status is still showing Pending, the money has not been deposited to where I was withdrawing it to. I've made two other transactions after the Pending one and all two have been have been Completed. What might be the issue with the Pending one and how can I solve it?

That one may have been subject to a random security review, allow 72 hours and hopefully it will clear.

If not after 14 days you can contact customer services for a 'trace'.
