Pending Payments

I've never sold on PP before so my daughter has sold 3 items that say pending. I have my debit card linked to PP account but can't find my credit untion on list to add banking. How do I get a Payment that says pending? They won't let me use debit card? What if bank isn't on list? I'm stumped! Thanks!

Pending on your paypal account with a clearance date?

On hold in your paypal account ie new seller hold.

Pending on the senders paypal account?

Pending on both paypal accounts.
