Hi all, I made a charity donation using PayPal on the 3rd. It showed in bank as a pending transaction for about 24 hours but then it said it had been taken from my bank. However the recipient said they hadn’t received it. I logged into my PayPal account and sure enough it was still showing as pending there. I messaged PayPal straightaway to ask why and they say they will respond in 24hours. It’s now 7th June, four days after I made the donation. My money is still in pending, I have messaged PayPal daily and I’m getting no response to my messages to them. Any advice?
