Pending Payment

Hi! After a month of waiting, PayPal just recently removed the limitation on my account which I have no Idea why it was there in the first place. I understand that if you're new, your first 5 payments will be placed on hold for a number of days or until you receive a certain amount. But, I've been using my account for a year now and after removing the limitation, they've been putting my payments on hold again. This happened to the funds I received yesterday. Any insights on this? Thank you so much
