So I recently had a kitten for sale on another site (Hoobly). Well a lady is buying him from me and sent me a deposit for $110 to hold him for her and she sent it through paypal. This is the first time I've used PayPal, I just made my account yesterday so I'm not familiar with how it works.. It says the money is there but it says "pending" "payment under review"... Why is it saying that and how do I get the money?
