Pending - Instant Transfer to Bank

Hi.

On May 12th, my wife bought something on Amazon which is linked to my bank account - she did this in error, thinking it was her amazon account.

No big issue. She sent me the cost of it, which was £680, and she sent it via paypal. I received it, and tried to send it to my bank account.

It has now been pending since then, with no explanation in sight...

What is happening?

Ongoing issue for a lot of people who withdrew on 12th. PayPal is apparently working on it.
