Pending Balance - "We're Experiencing Technical Difficulties"

Hi there!

 

I'm an online seller, whose services are not the "physical" type (i.e.: physical commodities), but rather, ones that get sent by email (letters, personal statements, CVs, etc.). I understand why my money is being kept at a pending balance, but every time I try to update the order status of one of my orders, the system gives me an error, and says it's having technical difficulties. This is extremely frustrating, as this is what I need to do to expedite the process. I have the confirmation from the buyer that her order had been received, and all evidence to support this, but PayPal's system seems to be constantly down. Don't know what to do and would really appreciate the help!
