I am a new user on PayPal...Last month 25th September 2020, I received some money from a buyer..my had confirmed my money..but from last 23 days a notification show "Money you receive from buyers is in your on hold balance and will be moved to your available balance after the order is fulfilled"
Please kindly help me..
