When I try and pay with debit or credit cards I get: "The amount you have entered exceeds the add or withdraw funds limit." the negative balance is literally just like $0.96
If I try and pay with bank account I get "Please wait while we process your request. This may take a few minutes."
How do I get paypal to just charge the amount or let me pay it so I can move on? Thanks.
Get a mate or family member to send you a payment to your paypal via the friends / family option (as long as they don't fund it with a card there is no fee).
