I already linked my local bank account but paypal won't let me transfer funds from my bank account to my paypal account to use it to pay for online stores in the U.S. I contacted their customer service and they said I need to just use a different payment method. Why won't you allow my account? Some of my friends were able to use paypal and they also live in the same country as me. Is there anything I can do or do you just not want me to use your services?
