Paypal transfer from USD to PHP

Hello, I'd like to ask if it would be possible to transfer USD to my Philippine bank account? I don't want to convert my peso using paypal, the rate is too low. And I saw a 50 pesos charge if I want to transfer money, is that for instant transfer? Thanks for your response

PayPal always convert to your local currency on transfers. You can only withdraw in USD if you linked an actual US bank account (not USD currency local bank account).

Thank you for your reply. I was planning to get a foreign savings account to avoid the low exchange rates but I guess it won't be necessary anymore. That won't work anyway. Gotta stick to just transferring it to my G-cash. Thank you again for you time to answer my question.
