cannot cash in the money that I have on my paypal account . this is my first time to get this kind of problem. I always use my gcash since my Paypals account is linked to my account however now when I get paid from upwork to paypal when I tried to cash in the money that I have on paypal is not showing up on my account. It shows on gvash app that I have 0 balance on paypal thus I have the balance available on paypal
It seems Gcash has changed their process, you have to convert USD to PHP in Paypal first before you can cash-in in Gcash. I can't remember where I read this, I think from an email. Gcash didn't send any notification before the change was made.
