Paypal to Mpesa Withdrawal

Hello guys, I am trying to withdraw money from Paypal to Mpesa unfortunately the withdraw process is not going through instead am getting this message "Oops, the withdraw could not be completed". What could be the issue? Kindly assist.

Hi.. I have the same problem, they keep on saying opps thr withdraw could not be completed. How did you solve the problem?
