Phone service is down since a couple of months.. also email support is down.
My payments are on hold without any reason.. my friends account is hacked he try to contact paypal .. since 1 week ! no reply no answer. (phone, email, twitter, facebook all down)
Try to limit your payments, specially big amounts. Actually paypal is just a empty company with some servers.
