Paypal still put the payment on hold when the tracking has confirm the item to be delivered

The tracking number i provided for paypal (aus post) has confirmed that the item was sent (last week) and delivered (this week) and paypal still put my payment on hold. I tried to email them twice and called them but they never replied back. Thank you 🙂

Delivery is only one of a variety of variables that could be holding the release of the funds. That's good that it shows tracking, that's a step in the right direction.

Was this an eBay sale? If so, has the buyer left feedback yet?
