Welcome to the PayPal Community! If your bank is already linked to another account, normally you won't be able to link it to your current account. I recommend asking around your family and household members to see if they have added the bank information to their account. If they have, you may be able to remove the bank and try to add it to your current account. If they have not, and you do not know which account your bank is linked to, I recommend reaching out to your bank to get new account information just to be safe.
