I have tried to withdraw money yesterday from up work using my PayPal account and every time I try to withdraw PayPal refuse reviving the money I contacted them and they told me : Upon checking, it shows that your recent withdrawals that were returned all have generated the same error: Error: The reason for returned funds: Unable to apply funds at (date of withdrawal) To properly address this issue, it will be best that you check directly with PayPal Support regarding this issue. Please check with them if your account is active and eligible to receive funds. Also, clarify with PayPal Support about the declined funds
