I have spent hours on hold waiting for supervisor to help with issue and after about an hour each time, the phone is disconnected. I believe this is a sign they cannot pay their bills or customers. Has anyone else had this problem. Mine has lasted a week.
I think its more to do with too many callers and not enough staff
Are you trying to withdraw to a debit card or bank account?
Maybe its a techie problem that will resolve, if not then request a cheque?
