Paypal purchase

Hi guys I just open a new account in paypal. when i was linking with my card. They charge 1 usd first and repay within a minute. Later again i got msg from my bank that paypal charge 2 usd from my account. And it was not returned back. Will i get the refund. It all happened when i was verifying the card. Please let me know .
