Paypal problem, Payment pending (unilateral).

I have an order pending on my store however I also have an error: “Payment pending (unilateral). Order status changed from Pending payment to On hold.”
After looking around online I found out that I didn’t setup IPN properly. Actually I didn’t set it up at all because I didn’t even know what it was.
That has been taking care of.
However, when I check my paypal account no pending transactions are there despite Woocommerce saying I have a pending order. I also had a different receive email address than I had for the paypal email address. I thought I had them matching, but I didnt.
I don't know if I should try to get the customer to resubmit the order or not.
