Paypal on hold

So, I started my account today and earned $100 USD, but it said my account is on hold. When I checked, it said that I needed to get some shipping carrier thing to prove that I gave the item, but that isn't possible. This is due to the fact that I work online. I sold items in a video game to earn money, so is there any way I can ever get past the on-hold thing and get money without waiting? Do I have to sell more to become trusted or will I never be able to get money instantly.
