I recently have had a negative balance due to mistakenly setting my account up with starbucks. At some point I accidentally added funds to my account from PayPal. I wasn't asked twice to confirm the top up..so now my account is negative. I use my account for a lot of things. So money is being added buy coming off my negative balance. I can't reach Starbucks and haven't gotten any replies. Paypal will not help me either to get a refund..Help what do I do to get my balance back to good standing. I know I've also read somewhere Paypal won't let you overdraft to a negative balance. So why did it happen to me??
